Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated lawn maintenance labourers to join our team. As a crew member, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to landscape maintenance and occasional construction. This is a hands-on position that requires physical labor and attention to detail.

Duties:

-Lawn mowing using commercial stand-on and zero-turn mowers

-String trimming, edging, and blowing off properties

-Maintaining residential and commercial landscapes

-Pruning

-Loading and unloading equipment

-Performing daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance

-Providing friendly, qualified service to our clients
Build and maintain gardens, lawns, and outdoor spaces
Operate hand tools and power tools to complete assigned tasks
Ensure proper care and maintenance of equipment and tools
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working setting

Qualifications:




Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related field is preferred
Knowledge of mechanical systems and ability to troubleshoot minor issues
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with clients in a professional manner
