Within your team, your essential role will be:
pre-screen candidates for recruitment (posting, sorting resumes, follow-up, etc.);
coordinate the onboarding of recent employees;
ensure the administrative management of training and employee files;
assist the management team in the administrative management of employee departures, the prevention program and in participatory management;
perform administrative tasks related to the performance evaluation process.
