Kanoo Coffee: We are skilled, caring employers. We are a family-owned and owner-operated local business that is looking to add someone to our excellent team.

We are looking for a highly experienced and personable barista who is looking to move into a management role. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing service, making high-quality beverages, and performing various management responsibilities as needed. This service role will also include a share in the service tip pool.

We are particularly interested in finding a candidate who can make a 2-year work commitment, with a 1-year commitment being a minimum.

Experience/Qualifications:
Previous barista experience at a specialty coffee shop is required. This includes experience using manual espresso machines and expert familiarity with a variety of brewing methods including pour overs.




Strong knowledge and interest in coffee practices and processes is required.
Supervision or management experience is an asset.
Food Handler Certificate before starting your employment with us is required.
