Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in both residential and commercial settings. This role requires a solid understanding of plumbing systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including building riser replacements and fixture installs
Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
Assemble and install plumbing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, and water heaters.
Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various plumbing tasks.
Perform routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify potential issues.
Conduct heavy lifting as required for installation and repair tasks.
Complete service requests in residents apartments
Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete unit turnovers as directed by the facilities manager




Adhere to safety standards and regulations while performing all plumbing duties.

Experience
Proven experience as a plumber or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and components.
Ability to work in various environments, including residential homes and commercial buildings.

Hours are Monday to Friday 8am-4:30pm daily

The position will predominantly be working at the Burlington properties but the position will also require occasional travel to the Toronto and Oakville sites.

Pay: From $38.00 per hour
