AWC Manufacturing LP in Tilbury is searching for an Experienced Welder to join our team.

We are a custom steel fabrication centre and a supplier to the mining, construction and locomotive industries. We are looking for self-motivated and safety conscious candidates interested in joining our team. These are full time positions and will require shift work.

Duties and Responsibilities
Perform high quality MIG welding in accordance with UT and MT testing requirements
Collaborate with Quality team to resolve welding defects and improve processes
Maintain welding equipment and adhere to safety protocols

Qualifications
Certified CWB Welder
Experience with UT and MT weld inspection techniques
Overhead crane experience
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Candidates must be willing to work swing shift (days/afternoons)
