Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) (Part-Time/Full-Time)

Working alongside our Nurse Practitioners and Registered Nurses, you'll help deliver proactive, relationship-based care focused on prevention, innovation, and exceptional patient experiences. This is an prospect to practice at the top of your scope, expand your clinical expertise, and help shape creative programs that improve the health of our community.

Deliver Exceptional Clinical Care
Perform nursing assessments and clinical testing within your scope.
Assist with office procedures and treatments.
Administer medications and injections.
Perform venipuncture, wound care, and other nursing interventions.
Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures.

Partner in Patient Care
Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and Registered Nurses to develop individualized care plans.
Provide patient education, health coaching, and wellness programming.
Support referrals, investigations, and ongoing follow-up.




Help patients move beyond symptom management toward long-term health and wellness.

Innovate & Grow
Contribute ideas that enhance patient care and clinic operations.
Participate in developing new clinical programs and wellness initiatives.
Grow your skills through mentorship and continuing education in areas such as preventative medicine, metabolic health, hormone health, chronic disease management, and lifestyle medicine.

Job Requirements:
Current registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
Current CPR certification and Police Check.
Strong clinical assessment and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork.
A collaborative mindset, curiosity, and a passion for preventative healthcare.
Experience in primary care, community health, ambulatory care, or medical aesthetics is an asset.
