General Labourer – Waterproofing & Construction

Pay: $20.00–$24.00 per hour, based on experience

We are looking for a motivated, dependable General Labourer to join our growing team based in Courtice. This position offers a variety of work in both the foundation waterproofing and construction/carpentry trades. If you enjoy working with your hands, learning new skills, and being part of a hardworking team, we’d like to hear from you.

Requirements
Valid Ontario G Class Driver’s Licence with a clean driving record.
Minimum 2 years of experience in general labour within the construction industry.
Construction or carpentry experience is considered a strong asset.
Must own basic hand tools.
Physically capable of standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting 50 lbsrepeatedly throughout the workday.
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Robust work ethic with a positive attitude.
Able to take direction, work efficiently, and contribute as part of a team.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities
Assist with foundation waterproofing projects.
Perform general construction and carpentry labour as required.
Load and unload materials, tools,



and equipment.
Maintain a clean, organized, and protected worksite.
Follow all company safety procedures and standards.
Complete assigned tasks efficiently with attention to detail.
