We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Drywall Taper to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for finishing drywall surfaces to create smooth, seamless walls and ceilings that meet high-quality standards. Duties
Apply joint compound (mud) to drywall seams, corners, and fasteners to achieve a flawless surface finish
Tape drywall joints using paper or fiberglass mesh tape for secure and smooth seams
Sand and smooth dried joint compound to prepare surfaces for painting or further finishing
Caulk around edges, trim, and fixtures to ensure airtight and visually appealing finishes
Read blueprints and project specifications to accurately execute taping and finishing tasks




Assist with other carpentry or handyman tasks as needed to support overall project progress
Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and debris removal throughout the job site.

SKILLS
Minimum 6 months of experience as a Mud Tapper or in a similar construction role.
Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions.
Knowledge of construction safety practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
