Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Brokerage Lead - Logistics to join our energetic team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the brokerage operations, develop strategic relationships with clients and carriers, and drive growth through effective account management. Your expertise in freight, supply chain management, and sales will be instrumental in ensuring seamless logistics solutions that meet our high standards of service.

RAll Routes Logistics – Milton, ON

This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who knows transportation, can move freight efficiently, and has experience sourcing both freight and power-only opportunities.





Requirements
Minimum 3 years of freight brokerage experience (required)
Fleet Manager experience (required)
Proven ability to source and manage customer freight
Experience booking carrier freight and power-only loads
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to work in a rapid-paced transportation setting
Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven

Responsibilities
Source and secure freight and power-only loads
Build and maintain customer and carrier relationships
Maximize equipment utilization and profitability
Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams
Manage daily brokerage activities from pickup through delivery

Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
