Qualifications
Basic computer proficiency
Strong English reading and writing skills




Ability to perform straightforward math accurately
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
Secondary school education (preferred)

Engage customers with active listening and solution-focused support
Demonstrate proper use of power tools and outdoor equipment
Manage multiple tasks and priorities with professionalism
Represent the Aurora Home Hardware and Schomberg Home Hardware brand with courtesy, knowledge, and reliability
