We are seeking a dedicated RCIC (Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant) Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing expert immigration advice, conducting thorough data collection, and supporting clients through complex immigration processes. Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive data collection and client interviews to assess eligibility and gather necessary documentation for immigration applications.
Provide expert guidance on Canadian immigration policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
Analyze client information and documentation to determine the most appropriate immigration pathways.
Monitor and track application statuses, ensuring timely submission and follow-up with relevant authorities.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, case progress, and compliance documentation.




Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to verify information or conduct background checks.
Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and regulations to provide accurate advice and ensure compliance.
Assist clients in preparing for interviews or hearings related to their immigration cases.

Skills
Robust knowledge of Canadian immigration laws and policies.
Experience or background in law enforcement, surveillance, or related fields is advantageous.
Excellent data collection and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Solid analysis skills to interpret complex information accurately.
Ability to conduct discreet surveillance when required for case investigations.
Effective communication skills for client interaction and collaboration with legal authorities.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple cases efficiently.

This position is integral for ensuring compliance with immigration standards while delivering high-quality service to clients navigating the Canadian immigration process.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
