Duties
Prepare and cook a variety of delicious dishes, ensuring consistency and quality in every plate served
Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support to foster a collaborative team environment
Manage food handling procedures to meet all safety and hygiene standards, including proper storage and sanitation practices
Oversee food service operations, ensuring timely delivery of orders and excellent customer satisfaction
Develop creative menu ideas that reflect current trends and customer preferences
Maintain inventory levels,



order supplies, and monitor stock to minimize waste and control costs
Enforce food safety regulations and uphold cleanliness standards throughout the kitchen area

Experience
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and restaurant management within a fast-paced environment
Supervising experience with a track record of leading successful culinary teams
Strong knowledge of food handling procedures, safety standards, and hygiene regulations in the food industry
Demonstrated ability to manage kitchen operations efficiently while maintaining high-quality service standards
Experience in hospitality or restaurant settings with a focus on customer service excellence
Leadership skills that motivate team members and foster a positive work environment
Familiarity with food industry trends, menu development, and restaurant management best practices

Pay: $16.85-$35.81 per hour
