Role Overview
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the full operations of the restaurant, including team leadership, operational performance, guest experience, and sales growth.
We are looking for a hands-on leader who can run a strong restaurant while actively helping grow the business.
Key Responsibilities
Restaurant Operations
Oversee daily restaurant operations including kitchen, service, and shift management
Ensure robust execution of food quality, service speed, and brand standards
Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and operational efficiency
Team Leadership
Recruit, train, and lead restaurant staff
Manage scheduling and daily team performance
Create a positive and accountable work culture
Store Performance
Monitor store sales, labour cost, and food cost
Improve operational efficiency and drive sales growth
Maintain strong guest satisfaction and review ratings
Requirements
2–3 years of restaurant management experience
Experience in quick service or rapid casual restaurant environments preferred
Strong leadership and team management skills
Strong communication and organizational abilities
Ability to manage both operations and business outreach activities
Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
