Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their breakfast visit
Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled
Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties
Assist with food preparation and presentation to ensure timely delivery of breakfast items
Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate order timing and quality control for a smooth service flow
Experience
Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred, especially in breakfast or hospitality settings
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is a plus
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours
Knowledge of food handling procedures, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations
Excellent customer service skills with a welcoming demeanor and positive attitude
Basic math skills for cashiering, billing, and transaction accuracy
Experience in food industry roles involving serving, food preparation, or kitchen assistance is advantageous
