Marketing Associate – Staffing Firm (Hybrid)

Location: Mississauga
Job Type: Part-Time / Hybrid
Hours: 30–35 hours per week (with potential for increased hours based on performance)
Pay: $22–$23 per hour

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and professional Marketing Associate to join our growing staffing firm. This is a hybrid role that combines remote work with in-person client marketing visits. The ideal candidate is confident in building business relationships, organized, and comfortable representing our company to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct marketing and business development visits to prospective clients at least 3 days per week
Promote staffing services to local businesses and generate current leads
Build and maintain robust client relationships
Follow up with prospective clients and assist in securing staffing contracts
Support marketing initiatives, outreach campaigns,



and administrative tasks while working remotely
Maintain records of client interactions and sales activities

Requirements
Previous experience in a staffing firm is preferred
Background in marketing, sales, client relations, or business development is an asset
Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle for client visits
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently from home
Comfortable traveling locally for meetings and marketing activities
