We're looking for an experienced, reliable independent contractor to join our network of cleaning professionals servicing residential clients in Dawson Creek. This is a contract (1099-style/self-employed) position — you'll be an independent contractor, not an employee.

As a contractor, you'll take on cleaning jobs (maintenance , deep cleans and move-outs) that fit your schedule and availability. You set your own hours within the windows offered, use your own transportation, and are responsible for your own taxes (a T4A will be issued at year-end, or GST/HST invoicing if applicable).

Responsibilities:
Perform residential cleaning services (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathrooms, kitchens) per job scope
Complete add-on/à la carte services when requested (baseboards, interior windows, fridge/oven interior, etc.)
Communicate professionally with clients and office staff
Bring/use own basic cleaning supplies
Accept or decline available jobs based on your own schedule

Requirements:




Previous residential/commercial cleaning experience preferred
Reliable transportation
Own basic cleaning equipment
Comfortable working as a self-employed contractor (responsible for own CRA remittances)
Valid identification; Background check required
Able to provide own Insurance/WSIB coverage where applicable

This is an independent contractor position. You will not receive employee perks, vacation pay, or a fixed schedule. Contractors invoiced per completed job and are free to take on other clients.

Pay: From $35.00 per day
