We are seeking an Applications Engineer based out of our Vaughan, Ontario office.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide quotes and identify and recommend products or services
Provide technical support to customers by troubleshooting issues as they arise and performing repairs on customer equipment as needed
Occasionally visit major customers to present products and perform demos

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in applied science or engineering, preferably in mechanical, electrical, related field

· Minimum 5 years of relevant engineering experience in the field of metrology and a high-level knowledge of instrumentation, pressure, and sensors





· Must have a proven track record of relationship building

· Must have full skilled proficiency in English, French an asset
Proficient in MS office
Hands-on approach in the day-to- day interaction with our customers on the phone, e-mail, TEAMS and visits
Ability to work independently and exhibit exceptional organizational skills (i.e., manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, set goals)
Must be Self-motivated and exhibit hands-on approach in the day-to-day interaction with our customers and Principals
Able to analyze complex technical issues and provide solutions to our customers
Proficient in reading and understanding technical drawings, BOMs, schematics, electrical layouts, manuals, and datasheets
Proficiency in engineering 2D design tools such as DraftSight is an asset

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
