Summary

As a Barista at Little Pebbles Cafe, you will play a key role in crafting delightful coffee beverages and providing outstanding service to our guests. This position is essential in creating a friendly atmosphere that keeps customers coming back.

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks and food items to customers.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including workstations and dining areas.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons and addressing their needs.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards during food preparation and service.




Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of coffee supplies and food items.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive work workplace.

Requirements
Previous experience as a barista or in the food service industry is preferred.
Solid basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
Ability to multitask in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Time management skills to ensure timely service during peak hours.
