Responsibilities
Prepare and cook ramen dishes and tapas according to established recipes and presentation standards
Assist with food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment promptly
Ensure all food handling practices comply with safety regulations and hygiene standards
Support the kitchen team during busy service hours to ensure timely delivery of orders
Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to maintain smooth kitchen operations
Follow proper food safety procedures at all times to prevent contamination or spoilage
Assist with general restaurant cleaning duties to uphold a clean and organized work workplace
Requirements
Prior experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred, especially with cooking or food preparation roles
Knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation standards
Experience with cooking ramen, tapas, or similar cuisine is a plus but not mandatory
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Solid cleaning skills and commitment to maintaining hygiene standards
Flexibility to work during restaurant hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
