Westlock dental centre is looking to hire a full time Dental hygiene coordinator to join their team.

Our ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:

Dental administration - min 2 years
Ability to book patients by phone, email, text.
A valuable understanding of dental insurances.
Fantastic customer service skills.
A positive team member that loves working in a large group.
Robust organizational skills.
The ability to stay on task and look for ways to improve.
Have used and understand how to use RecallMax effieciently

The practice management software this clinic uses is gold software.

An interest in social media is an asset, as we would love someone who is excited to help grow and maintain our online presence.

Hours:

Monday to Friday

9am - 5pm.

5 days a week

Pay will be dependent on experience.
