In this essential role, you will be responsible for all financial proceedings within the Distribution business. Collaborating with senior management, you will guide budgeting and forecasting efforts while enhancing financial processes for your team. This position requires an acumen for analytical insights and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide and support the General Manager with financial insights
• Prepare annual budgets and perform variance analysis
• Supervise daily finance operations for continuous improvement
• Ensure accuracy in monthly financial statements and compliance
• Manage Sarbanes Oxley compliance and internal controls
Requirements:
• B.S. in Accounting; CPA plus Master’s preferred
• Minimum 10 years of progressive accounting experience
• Knowledge of ERP systems like JDE and SAP BPC
• Proven experience in managing finance teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with databases
