Role Description Assistant Resort Managers aid in operations, staffing, budgeting and planning at one of our picturesque RV and Campground properties. They are ambassadors of the Parkbridge brand, and the heart of our communities. This is an excellent mentorship and career‑building opportunity, as Assistant Managers are often promoted to Resort Managers.
Responsibilities Customer Relations Train staff on delivering exceptional customer service.
Build brand recognition through service delivery.
Ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for guests and employees.
Conduct daily property walk‑throughs.
Handle customer complaints promptly and in person.
Collaborate with functional areas including HR, H&S;, Finance, IT.
Personnel Management Assist in developing and mentoring staff.
Build an effective team around resort staff (R&M;, Admin, etc.).
Hire, train, and supervise staff as needed.
Ensure staff understand resort goals, standards, and policies.
Schedule and monitor shift coverage based on business needs.
Resort Operations & Administration Promote a customer‑friendly business environment.
Lead by example and act as a positive role model.
Encourage operational efficiency and profitability.
Hire staff to enhance customer experience.
Support management in implementing policies.
Attend regional meetings.
Maintain positive relationships with resort partners.
Manage outgoing/incoming mail, courier packages, registered mail.
Code invoices, expense claims, petty cash.
Prepare, administer, and monitor spreadsheets for utilities tracking.
Financial Assist in preparation of annual resort budget.
Code invoices,

Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded.
Monitor employee timekeeping and payroll execution.
Produce invoices for clients.
Provide timely and accurate information/reports to management.
Procure goods and services per management protocols.
Health and Safety Conduct activities in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
Maintain resort facilities in protected condition.
Notify management when operations are unsafe or require repair.
Ensure employees know safety procedures and use equipment.
Work Schedule Work weekends/holidays during green season; least requirement during winter.
Experience and Qualifications Management experience in hospitality or hotel industry.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels.
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Understanding of business financials, ability to create and manage budgets.
Adaptability, problem‑solving, and enthusiasm for change.
Compensation and Benefits The expected annualized base salary range is $47,000 – $52,000. QuadReal offers a competitive total rewards package including a performance‑based incentive plan, comprehensive health & dental benefits, a pension plan, and paid time off.
