You’re not just filling roles—you’re driving the business forward. As a Recruiter at Ledcor, you bring an expert sourcing mindset to every search. You will lead full‑cycle recruitment across both high‑volume craft and salaried roles, with a strong focus on proactively identifying, engaging, attracting and converting top talent to hires within a highly competitive labour market. This role requires building talent pipelines ahead of demand, uncovering high‑potential talent, and working closely with Business HR and hiring leaders to understand workforce priorities and develop targeted hiring plans.
Responsibilities Actively engage in the external labour market to identify and connect with potential candidates.
Build and execute sourcing strategies to develop strong pipelines across high‑volume and salaried roles.
Own full‑cycle recruitment (posting through offer) to deliver timely, high‑quality hires.
Partner with Hiring Managers to scope roles, define hiring plans, and align on sourcing and assessment strategies.
Assess candidates for skills, experience and long‑term fit with business needs.
Maintain accurate data and reporting in Workday while ensuring compliance and hiring momentum.
Qualifications 4+ years of full‑cycle recruitment experience in a fast‑paced, operations‑driven environment.




Proven ability to proactively source and build strong talent pipelines across multiple channels.
Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to partner effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Advanced behavioural interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities in a high‑volume environment.
Work Conditions Hybrid work environment – up to 2 days in the office.
Compensation $76,400.00 – $105,050.00. This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on experience, skills, education and location.
