In your capacity as a Level 3 analyst, you will support the JTS IT Project Manager by gathering stakeholder interests and creating high-quality solution documents. This role requires exceptional skills in options analysis, traceability matrix preparation, and effective communication of project risks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Define and document functional requirements clearly
• Map and model business processes thoroughly
• Analyze costs and provide comprehensive business cases

Requirements:
• Extensive experience with Mission Critical applications like OTIS
• Robust skills with Azure Cloud, .Net, and SQL Server
• Proven ability to analyze and communicate project risks
