Key Responsibilities:
• Provide extensive HR support to clients and employees
• Assist with onboarding and compliance documentation




• Maintain accurate HR files and records
• Respond to employee relations inquiries and concerns
• Prepare reports and assist in performance management

Requirements:
• 2-3 years of HR experience in a consulting setting
• Familiarity with BC Employment Standards Act
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of payroll processes and HR systems
• Degree or Diploma in Human Resources required
