Summary of Responsibilities Coordinate maintenance activities and communicate with resource personnel
Supervise all work performed on the day shift
Assign work to the line maintenance team each morning
Coordinate work with all departments: interior shops, avionics, sheet metal and NDT
Lead continuous improvement initiatives,



create and implement improvements
Prepare work packages for transient aircraft and AOGs
Coordinate daily aircraft maintenance with production
Organize and oversee off-site AOG deployments
Perform tasks in accordance with the appropriate maintenance control manual
Prepare all transient customer invoices
Perform other assigned duties
Qualifications and Required Skills Valid Transport Canada M‑2 license
Minimum five (5) years' experience in aircraft maintenance work
Strong understanding of CARs
Experience working on corporate/business aircraft
Experience in planning and coordinating aircraft maintenance
Strong customer service orientation
Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
Good team spirit
Strong computer skills focused on Microsoft 365 programs
Education Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance Technician program or equivalent.
