Job Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor the achievement of supplier productivity objectives by planning, organizing, motivating and coordinating the activities of the groups assigned to supplier operations
Help build and validate specific aircraft Scope of Work, to ensure suppliers understand their obligations
The role will be mostly based on the front line at the supplier facility managing and coordinating offload activities (>50% of the time)
Help review billing charges for offload activities
Identify, document and standardize the key processes leading to the achievement of objectives and share best practices within the organization
Manage customer aircraft technical issues with multifunctional teams to ensure issues are brought to resolution in a timely manner
Coordinate with internal resources/stakeholders such as Engineering, Contracts, Customer Facing Team, Quality, Programs, Aftermarket, Finance and mainly with Logistics for coordination of part delivery during project execution
Prepare and lead daily reviews with the supplier, including internal governance reviews
Identify deviations between project scope and desired deliverables, facilitating/coordinating change requests as needed
Ensure continuous improvement,
in particular through the use of the problem‑solving process
Ensure the use of best practices and apply lessons learned from previous projects
Exercise your leadership while respecting the vision and values of Bombardier
Qualifications Very strong management skills and ideally experience in aeronautics
Minimum of 5 years of experience supervising employees
Excellent organizational and planning skills; able to set priorities to achieve milestones
Exceptional communication skills; able to communicate at all levels of the organization from shop floor to board room
Equal ability to communicate to all levels within the customer representative organization
Able and willing to travel
College education or equivalent experience
Values and vision that align with the company's philosophy
Knowledge of French and English
Ability to work under tight deadlines
