Job Requirements
Languages: English

Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 year or equivalent experience

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Ability to Supervise: 5-10 people

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Rapid-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, physically demanding, Attention to detail

Work Setting: Relocation costs covered by employer, Hotel, motel, resort

Additional Skills:

Budgetary Responsibility: $100,001 – $500,000

Specific Skills: Estimate costs of installing and maintaining equipment or service, Administer contracts for the provision of supplies and services , Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs, Direct the maintenance and repair of an establishment’s machinery, equipment and electrical and mechanical systems, Hire and oversee training and supervision of staff, Plan and manage the facility’s operations budget Plan, organize and direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security and snow removal
