Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Restaurant Servers/Crew Members to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to our guests, assist with food and beverage orders, and ensure a welcoming dining environment. Previous restaurant experience is preferred, but a positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential. This position offers an opportunity to develop valuable skills in food service, customer interaction, and team collaboration within a fast-paced food industry setting.

Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS
Prepare and serve food items according to safety and sanitation standards
Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and service stations
Assist with food preparation when needed, ensuring quality standards are met
Manage multiple tables or stations effectively through excellent time management skills
Follow all food safety protocols and sanitation procedures at all times




Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations

Skills
Robust customer service skills with a friendly, skilled demeanor
Experience with food handling, serving, and cashiering in a restaurant environment
Proficiency in POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently
Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices
Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations
Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest satisfaction and sales performance
Kitchen experience or food industry background is a plus but not required
Effective communication skills for teamwork and guest interactions

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
