Responsibilities
Provide professional hair styling services including cuts, color, treatments, and styling tailored to each client's preferences.
Deliver exceptional customer service by listening to clients’ needs and offering expert advice.
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools according to health regulations.
Upsell retail products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and increase salon revenue.
Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and processing payments.
Communicate effectively with clients to ensure they feel valued and understood throughout their visit.
Assist with maintaining the overall appearance of the salon and supporting team members as needed.
Qualification
Proven experience in hair styling, including cutting, coloring, and styling techniques.
Robust customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
Excellent communication skills to clearly explain styling options and product recommendations.
Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices within a salon workplace.
Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining a qualified demeanor.
Experience with retail sales and front desk operations is a plus.
