We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Shift Supervisor to oversee operations within our food service establishment. Responsibilities
Lead and supervise restaurant staff during assigned shifts
Oversee food preparation, baking, and presentation to ensure quality standards are met.
Manage POS systems for order processing and cash handling procedures.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices.
Monitor customer service levels to guarantee guest satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
Maintain a clean, organized work environment in accordance with health regulations.
Support restaurant management in implementing policies and achieving operational goals.
Qualifications
Proven supervising experience in food service or restaurant management roles.
Strong knowledge of food preparation, baking techniques, and kitchen operations.
Experience with POS systems such as Panasonic or SICOM; cash handling skills required.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence.
Leadership abilities to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
Background in food safety practices and food industry standards.
Previous hotel or barista experience is a plus but not required.
