We are seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Customer Service Associate to join our agile team. Duties
Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, adhering to etiquette standards
Assist customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about products and services
Perform data entry tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Engage in active listening to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.




Communicate effectively in both English and French , ensuring transparent understanding across diverse customer bases

Experience
Prior experience in customer service.
Multilingual proficiency in English and French is required
Solid communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
The ideal candidate is approachable, dependable, and enjoys helping customers. You should be comfortable communicating with a diverse customer base and able to adapt to different situations with confidence.
Must have a PR card or Canadian Citizenship card
Must have lived in Canada more than 5 years

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
