We are currently seeking a Part time / Casual Cannabis Retail Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, customer-focused, and passionate about the evolving cannabis industry. Flexible availability is mandatory for mornings, evenings, weekends and under short notice / on-call.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge in a professional, friendly manner
Greet and assist customers, ensuring a welcoming and informative experience
Educate customers on cannabis products, formats, and safe consumption practices
Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and conduct accurate cash handling procedures
Maintain compliance with all AGLC regulations and company protocols
Assist with store opening and closing procedures as needed
Support store cleanliness,



organization, and operational standards
Work collaboratively with the team and contribute to a positive workplace culture

Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must hold a valid SellSafe certification
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or customer service preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional, punctual, and dependable
Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow in the industry

Schedule
Coverage, On-call or under short notice.
Evening shifts and weekend availability are mandatory for this position.
May include holidays and occasional weekday shifts.

Additional Information
All new hires are subject to a three-month probationary period
