Parr Mechanical Plumbing & Heating Ltd. is a growing mechanical contractor proudly serving residential, commercial, industrial, and agricultural customers throughout Southwestern Ontario. We are currently looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist / Office Assistant to join our office in Stratford. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping things organized.

Responsibilities

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play an important role in creating a positive experience for everyone who contacts or visits Parr Mechanical.

Responsibilities include:
Answering and directing incoming phone calls
Greeting customers, suppliers, and visitors
Responding to emails and general customer inquiries
Scheduling and coordinating service calls
Assisting with data entry and filing
Preparing and organizing paperwork
Supporting office staff with administrative duties
Ordering office supplies and maintaining office organization
Maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area
Providing excellent customer service in person and over the phone





Qualifications

We're looking for someone who is:
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused
Organized with strong attention to detail
Able to multitask and work efficiently in a busy office
Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
A solid communicator with excellent phone etiquette
Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn

Previous reception or office administration experience is an asset but not required. Experience in the HVAC, plumbing, construction, or trades industry is also considered an asset.
