Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for technology and product demonstrations, and the ability to engage customers effectively. Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their shopping experience
Demonstrate products and explain features to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
Assist with merchandising displays to ensure attractive and organized product presentation
Operate POS systems accurately for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts
Conduct product demos for recent or featured items to engage customers and promote sales
Upsell complementary products and accessories to maximize sales prospects
Maintain knowledge of current promotions, store policies, and product information




Manage time efficiently to serve multiple customers during busy periods
Use phone etiquette skills to answer inquiries and assist remote or in-store customers
Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and well-stocked

Qualifications
Previous experience in retail sales, merchandising, or technical sales preferred
Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers
Bilingual abilities (English plus additional languages) are a plus
Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, cash handling, and basic math skills
Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills
Ability to perform product demos confidently and effectively explain technical features
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
Knowledge of upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases
Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities
