Construction Sales Representative — Friends General Contracting Inc., ON | Full time

Overview

Friends General Contracting is looking for a driven Construction Sales Representative to generate leads, meet with homeowners and commercial clients, and close renovation and construction projects across the Niagara Region.

What You'll Do
Generate and follow up on leads (inbound inquiries, referrals, and self-sourced)
Meet with prospective clients, conduct site visits, and understand project needs
Present proposals, handle objections, and close deals
Build and manage a sales pipeline from first contact to signed contract
Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain strong client relationships to drive referrals and repeat business
Work with the estimating/production team to ensure quotes reflect client scope
Represent FGC professionally in office and in the community

What We're Looking For
Proven sales experience, ideally in construction, renovation, home services,



or a related field
Strong closing ability and comfort with a target-driven role
Working knowledge of residential and commercial construction (enough to speak credibly with clients)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a pipeline independently
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (site visits required)
CRM or estimating software experience an asset
