Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender/Server(s) to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages and food, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a rapid-paced setting. Duties
Take orders accurately and efficiently using POS system Toast.
Serve beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets quality standards
Handle cash transactions and perform cashiering duties with accuracy and integrity
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards
Assist in food handling and preparation as needed, adhering to food safety protocols
Provide attentive customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service




Uphold responsible alcohol service practices, including checking IDs and monitoring guest consumption
Support team members in maintaining a welcoming environment for all patrons

Skills
Experience with POS systems, Toast, is preferred
Previous restaurant or food industry experience as a bartender is advantageous
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables and tasks efficiently
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and change calculation
Ability to serve guests courteously while maintaining efficiency under pressure
Familiarity with the food service industry’s best practices in hospitality and serving techniques
Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and interact positively with guests

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
