We are seeking a talented and energetic Journeyman Hairstylist to join our energetic team! Responsibilities
Provide professional hair styling services including cuts, color, blowouts, and special treatments with precision and creativity.
Deliver exceptional customer service by listening carefully to clients’ needs and offering personalized recommendations.
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure a safe environment.
Engage in retail sales by recommending suitable hair products and upselling additional services to enhance client satisfaction.
Manage front desk duties such as greeting clients, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and handling client inquiries efficiently.
Communicate clearly with clients about their desired styles, aftercare instructions,



and product recommendations to ensure complete satisfaction.
Support team collaboration by sharing expertise, assisting colleagues during busy periods, and contributing to a positive salon culture.

Qualifications
Valid state licensure as a Journeyman Hairstylist or equivalent certification.
Proven experience in hair styling, coloring, and finishing techniques.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and retain clients.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety standards within a salon setting.
Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining genuine client relationships.
Prior experience managing front desk responsibilities or retail sales is a plus.
