HVAC Technicians & Apprentices

Our client is currently looking for HVAC Technicians and Apprentices Technician to join their growing residential service team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career technician who wants hands-on experience, structured training, and long-term career progression within a stable and well-established organization. The successful candidate will work alongside experienced professionals while developing both technical and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities
Assist with the service, installation, and maintenance of residential HVAC systems and related accessories
Perform general inspections and basic diagnostics on heating and cooling equipment
Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with applicable codes and standards
Educate homeowners on system operation, care, maintenance, and the advantages of energy-efficient equipment
Support senior technicians and supervisors with daily tasks and assignments
Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in a clean and secure condition
Follow all workplace safety policies and procedures

Qualifications
Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent




Apprentices - currently registered in a recognized HVAC apprenticeship program
Experience as an HVAC installer or technician
Valid G-class driver’s license
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn recent technologies
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Physically capable of performing the demands of the role
