IBU is Calgary’s hottest new Asian fusion concept, serving up vibrant, flavour-packed dishes inspired by Southeast Asia with a up-to-date edge. We’re on the hunt for passionate Line Cooks and CDPs who thrive in fast-paced kitchens and love creating unforgettable food.

What You’ll Do:
Prepare and cook dishes according to IBU’s recipes and quality standards
Set up and maintain an organized and fully stocked station
Work efficiently during high-volume service periods
Assist with daily prep and cleaning tasks
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines
Collaborate closely with kitchen staff and chefs to ensure smooth service

What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-paced restaurant kitchen, CDP minimum of 3 years experience.
A true love of cooking and exploring Asian flavours
Solid work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail




Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure
Team player with good communication skills
Must be available evenings and weekends
Food Safety certification is a bonus
Your own set of knives is a must
