We are looking for motivated, safety-focused individuals to join our team as Railway Track Maintainers. This is a hands-on position that involves working outdoors in all weather conditions while maintaining and repairing railway track infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on railway track and track components.
Install and replace railway ties, rail, spikes, anchors, and fastening systems.
Use hand tools and small powered equipment safely and effectively.
Inspect track for defects and report safety concerns.
Assist with track construction and rehabilitation projects.
Maintain a clean and organized work site.
Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and railway regulations.
Work effectively as part of a crew to complete assigned tasks efficiently.

Qualifications
Previous railway or construction experience is considered an asset but is not required.
Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 lbs.




Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Solid work ethic and commitment to safety.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team.
Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence is preferred.
Ability to travel and work overtime or weekends when required.
Being able to pass drug test - Site Dependant

Schedule
Full-time
Day shifts (with occasional evenings, weekends, and overtime as required)
Travel may be required depending on project locations.
