Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, hallways, common areas, and designated spaces according to established standards.
Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and sanitize surfaces to ensure a spotless setting.
Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning materials to maintain operational efficiency.
Handle waste disposal responsibly by emptying trash bins and recycling containers regularly.
Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health regulations.




Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to facilitate timely repairs.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion while respecting residents’ or clients’ privacy.

Experience
Previous custodial or cleaning experience preferred, especially in commercial cleaning environments.
Familiarity with cleaning, and supplies used in professional settings.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork and customer service.
