We are seeking a friendly and efficient Tea Barista to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for tea, excellent customer service skills, and experience in food and beverage preparation. As a Tea Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality tea beverages, providing exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining a clean and organized work setting. Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of tea beverages according to established recipes and standards
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
Provide friendly and attentive customer service, assisting customers with menu selections and inquiries
Handle food preparation tasks such as ingredient assembly and presentation of beverages
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, equipment, and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards
Manage cash register operations accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change
Ensure timely service during busy periods by managing multiple orders efficiently




Uphold food safety regulations, including proper food handling and storage practices
Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed

Qualifications
Previous barista experience or food service background preferred
Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus
Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail
Prior experience in the food industry or serving is advantageous but not required
Knowing Chinese are an extra points
