Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Pizza Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry and a robust understanding of food handling and safety practices. As a Pizza Maker, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality pizzas and ensuring that all meals are prepared to perfection, adhering to our restaurant's standards.

Responsibilities
Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and customer preferences.
Ensure all food preparation areas are clean, organized, and comply with food safety regulations.
Assist in meal preparation for other menu items as needed, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs to management.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and utensils, ensuring they are sanitized after use.
Help train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food safety practices.





Qualifications
Previous experience in pizza or Italian food is preferred.
Knowledge of food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures is essential.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
Passion for cooking and creating delicious meals that delight customers.
