Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

One of our clients is seeking motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join their growing team. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a team setting, have robust communication skills, and are eager to learn and grow within the organization.

Responsibilities:

· Provide excellent customer service via phone and email

· Collaborate effectively within a team-based office environment

· Accurately enter data and maintain records

· Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently

· Support internal departments as needed

Requirements:

· Previous customer service experience (required)

· Strong English communication skills

· Bilingual (French & English – strong fluency required)

· Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM (typing test required)

· Transport/logistics experience (an asset, not required)

· Reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn
