River Crest Inn is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support the financial operations of our hospitality business. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, monitoring daily revenue activity, and assisting management with financial reporting to ensure smooth business operations.

Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records and internal documentation.
Reconcile and monitor daily cash balances, floats, and deposits.
Track and reconcile VLT (Video Lottery Terminal) reports and cash activity.
Verify and record daily sales and revenue reports.
Maintain and update financial spreadsheets and internal tracking reports.
Assist with bank deposits and reconciliation of financial transactions.
Organize and maintain receipts, invoices, and financial documentation.
Support management with basic financial summaries and reporting.
Ensure compliance with company financial procedures and internal controls.





Qualifications
Previous experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar financial role.
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and financial recordkeeping.
Experience working with cash reconciliation, daily sales reports, or financial tracking.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Solid organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Experience in hospitality or hotel operations is considered an asset
