Part and Parcel is looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen team. We focus on seasonal ingredients, scratch cooking, and creating exceptional food in a positive, team-oriented environment. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their craft, leads by example, and enjoys helping others grow.

What You’ll Do
Prepare and execute menu items to a high standard during service
Lead your station with consistency, organization, and efficiency
Support and mentor junior cooks while fostering a positive team environment
Assist with prep, ordering, inventory, and daily kitchen organization as needed
Maintain the highest standards of food quality, cleanliness, and food safety
Work closely with the Chef to ensure smooth day-to-day kitchen operations
Step into a leadership role during service and help drive a successful shift

What We’re Looking For
Minimum 3–5 years of professional line cooking experience
Previous leadership or senior line cook experience is an asset
Solid organizational and time management skills
Ability to remain calm and lead effectively in a fast-paced workplace
A positive attitude with excellent communication skills




Passion for scratch cooking and working with fresh, seasonal ingredients
Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Experience in a scratch kitchen or a restaurant focused on local, seasonal food is preferred
