Our client, a leading electronic manufacturing firm, is currently looking to hire 4 AOI Operator to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for operating the AOI equipment to perform component inspection of surface mount components
Ability to follow AOI Inspection Best Practices documentation
Responsible for ensuring that the work area is kept clean and that safety rules are followed
Thorough understanding and application of quality standards and control procedures
Enthusiasm and ability to work well independently, as well as part of a team.
Individual should be detail oriented, quality conscious, well organized, analytical, and reliable.

Qualifications:
High School diploma or higher




Solid Electronics aptitude/knowledge of components- Ability to identify components and component values
Ability to read and understand engineering documentation / work order requirements
Working knowledge of IPC 610 workmanship standards
Working knowledge of surface mount assembly and inspection
Thorough understanding and application of quality standards and control procedures
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Previous AOI inspection position is beneficial
Quality conscious, well organized, analytical, and reliable
