We are looking for a reliable Tile Installer Helper to join our growing team in the Calgary area.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in tile installation or a related construction trade (preferred)
Punctuality is a must
Reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn
Able to work in a rapid-paced environment
Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
Duties
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying adhesives or mortar
Measure and cut tiles using hand tools and tile saws
Assist with laying tile according to plans and industry standards
Apply grout, caulking, and sealants
Remove existing flooring and prepare work areas
Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
Assist the lead installer with daily tasks as required
Skills & Qualifications
Experience using tile installation tools, including trowels, levels, cutters, and saws
Construction or flooring installation experience is an asset
Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and solid work ethic
