Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and motivated Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and customer service, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, maintaining cleanliness in the café, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your role will be essential in creating memorable experiences for our customers.

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and standards.
Operate the espresso machine and other equipment efficiently while adhering to food safety guidelines.
Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including the café seating area, equipment, and utensils to ensure compliance with health standards.
Assist with food preparation as needed, including pastries and light snacks.




Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service without compromising quality.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and support each other during peak hours.

Experience
Previous experience in food service or as a Barista is preferred but not required; we are willing to train enthusiastic candidates.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
Familiarity with food safety practices is a plus.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a quick-paced environment.
Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated when needed.
